Itinerary

Day 1: Palcoyo Colorful Mountain Range – Full Day

Early at the agreed time, we will drop by your hotel (we suggest acclimatizing for at least one day in the city of Cusco, before starting this tour) and, once together with the entire group (16 people maximum), we will head south from Cusco for 2:30h, until reaching the Pitumarka district.

In this place we will have a succulent breakfast prepared by our chefs and, after a break, we will be able to buy sweets, chocolates, water, cookies to continue towards the Combapata district.

Before arriving at the town, we will stop to take photos of the colonial bridge of Combapata, then walk for 1h30 to the left bank of the Salcca River, continuing our journey along a dirt road.

On this route we will see native alpacas in beautiful mountain landscapes, finally arriving at the community of Palccoyo, located at 4100m. From this point we will have privileged views of the colorful Palccoyo mountain range and its three visible colored mountains. We will also be able to enjoy the view of the grand rocky valley.

This is an excellent option for people who don’t like walking. The tour leader will give us the option of taking a 40-minute walk until we reach the highest places to get the best view of the three colorful mountains and the rocky valley. After 2h or 3h of enjoyment, we will return to Cusco in our van along the same route, having lunch in Pitumarca. When we arrive in the city of Cusco, at approximately 6:30 pm, we will drop you off at your hotel or as close as possible.

O Mais Desafiador!!! Visual do outro mundo!

Explicou tudo perfeitamente!!!
